The new CEO will replace a long tenured and respected CEO. This new executive will have enterprise level responsibility for providing strategic direction, guidance and operational leadership to fulfill HPP's mission and vision while ensuring an organizational culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and growth. Working closely with a talented Board of Directors, the CEO will build upon an outstanding brand and lead HPP to the highest levels of operational effectiveness, strategic position and community support.
A progressive and proven track record in senior management experience (10 to 15 years) within a complex, healthcare payer organization – with familiarity and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, duals or MLTSS products – is critical to the success of the new CEO. A bachelor's degree is required, while an advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Social Work, Business and/or Law is highly desirable.
